Wellbeing Journey

Introduction

The Wellbeing Journey is an umbrella name for a range of wellbeing personal development programmes that offer holistic pathways to self knowledge that support health, wealth and happiness that start from the inside out.

The content of each programme flows from the our Wheel of Wellbeing, a universal design that holds eight inner aspects of ourselves that we need to pay attention to if we are really to survive and thrive in these challenging times.

Not only do we need to be aware of them, we need to learn to keep them brightly polished and balanced. They are the source of our emotional strength and resilience and lead to the self confidence, self esteem and self authority we need to be wealthier, healthier and happier.

The Wellbeing Journey Programmes
During the programmes people will learn practical concepts, tools and practices that will enable them to lead a more whole and balanced life.

The time in between the modules is for practice and developing mastery. You will be supported by a learning community and a workbook journal to record insights and learnings, set goals and intentions and evaluate the benefits.

Here is a short description of our programmes.

Everyday Wellbeing
A 10 week programme comprising a 2.5 hour workshop each week plus workbook and personal practice, supported by a buddies and a learning community in between. Great as a way of quickly gaining insight and benefits of personal balance in all territories of our lives. Details of latest programme here.

The Wellbeing Quest
A 10 month programme comprising a 1 day workshop each month plus workbook, personal practice, learning community. This is for those seeking a deeper dive into personal power and transformation.

Community Wellbeing
Our Everyday Wellbeing or Wellbeing Quest programmes provide an ideal way for communities to come together, grow together and shift their wellbeing culture through collective action.

Wellbeing at Work
Our programmes can help staff to respond to change in a positive and productive way by giving them insight, time, the space and the support. Offering this kind od support is a powerful message from the leaders of and organisation that the wellbeing of their staff is important to them.

Wellbeing Guide Training
This is an intensive 2 year training for people who want to learn to deliver the Wellbeing Quest. It is based on the 2 year personal transformation programme we have successfully taught over a number of years.
